-
- Bio-processing of food waste
-
Food waste generated during cooking processes and from leftovers is placed into a dedicated processing system, where it is biodegraded through the power of microorganisms. The decomposed waste is converted into water and treated through the drainage system.
-
- Earth-friendly bedding
-
Guest room pillows, duvets, and bed mattresses are filled with Suprelle™ blue by ADVANSA, a wadding material made from ocean plastics¹ collected along coastlines around the world². For tatami rooms, high-resilience mattresses featuring recycled PET bottle fibers*³ are used, incorporating ECOPET® by Teijin Frontier as the core material.
- A single duvet filled with 1.5 kg of padding helps reduce marine plastic waste equivalent to approximately 75 PET bottles.
- 2 Suprelle TM is a registered trademark of ADVANSA.
- 3 In a 200 mm–thick mattress, recycled polyester accounts for 63% of the materials used.
-
- Amenities made from natural materials
-
Amenities crafted from natural materials like bamboo and hemp are available. The packaging is made of paper, reflecting our commitment to minimizing environmental impact.
-
- Genderless uniforms
-
Uniforms are unisex and crafted from stretch fabrics for maximum comfort and mobility. The design is simple, echoing the hotel’s “nature” concept, with colors that are gentle on dogs’ vision, and materials selected to resist dirt and stains.
