we have outlined important guidelines regarding your stay at our hotel.
Please read the following information carefully and ensure your agreement before booking or arriving.

Present your vaccination certificate
Please present a "rabies vaccination certificate" and a "viral disease vaccination certificate (combined vaccine of 5 or more types)"
during check-in.

Use of dog diapers
At our hotel, only male dogs are required to wear etiquette wear in common areas (dining room, lobby building, guest room hallways, etc.). We also recommend wearing etiquette wear in other areas if you are concerned about toilet training or marking. (Female dogs are not required to wear etiquette wear, but we recommend it if you are concerned about accidents.)

Handing out Manner Color Ribbons
To ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests, we provide three ribbons (red, yellow, and blue) to all staying dogs. The ribbon colors are meant to help you visually understand your dog's personality. These ribbons will be handed out at check-in.

To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our hotel, please review the following guidelines for each of our facilities.
WAN!PASS installed facilities
We have introduced "WAN!PASS," an app that digitizes vaccination certificates via QR codes. This initiative aims to reduce the burden on our guests, streamline the check-in process, and promote a paperless environment. For those who book through our official website, your booking confirmation email will include a URL where you can submit your "Pet Stay Agreement" and "Vaccination Certificate" in advance through the app.
Dog Stay Agreement
Accommodation conditions
- Upon check-in, please present your dog's "Rabies Vaccination Certificate" and "Vaccination Certificate for Viral Infectious Diseases (5-way combined vaccine or higher).(Certificates must be dated more than 2 weeks but less than 1 year from the date of inoculation. Photocopies or digital images are acceptable.)If your dog cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons, please present a "Certificate of Exemption from Rabies Vaccination" and a "Vaccine Antibody Test Certificate" issued within the last year.
- We kindly ask that dogs with aggressive temperaments or those who have not been properly house-trained refrain from staying at our hotel.
- Each room can accommodate a maximum of 5 dogs.
[Maximum capacity by size] Small dogs: up to 5 / Medium dogs: up to 4 / Large dogs: up to 3 - Your dog must be at least 6 months old and of the appropriate age to go outside.
- Dogs must be indoor pets and fully toilet-trained.
- Dogs must have basic training to ensure they do not disturb other guests, and must not exhibit excessive barking, jumping on people, or destructive behavior.
- Not aggressive towards other people or other pets.
- Not undergoing treatment for an illness or injury.
- Have taken measures to prevent fleas and ticks.
- For female dogs, they must not be currently in heat or due to be in heat during their stay, and they must not be pregnant.
Guest Rules and Regulations
- Please do not bathe your dog in the bathtub in the guest room bathroom.
- Dogs are welcome to move freely within the guest rooms.In the event of any accidents, a cleaning fee will be charged. If the incident is not reported prior to check-out, the fee will be billed at a later date.
- Please keep your dog on a leash whenever you are in the facility, except for guest rooms, the dog park, and the inner dog run.
- When returning indoors from a walk or other outdoor activity, please wash or wipe your dog's feet in the foot washing area.
- Please refrain from leaving your pet dog alone in the guest room.
- Please ensure that your dog does not cause any damage to the building, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or landscaping. In the event of any damage or loss, the guest will be required to cover the associated repair or replacement costs. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the unlikely event that damage or injury is caused to other guests, their dogs, or their belongings, we kindly ask that the parties involved take responsibility and resolve the matter between themselves. Please note that the hotel cannot accept any liability in such cases. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen accidents such as injury, death, theft, or escape of your pet dog within the facility due to force majeure.
- Please refrain from brushing your dog indoors. When brushing outdoors, kindly dispose of any shed fur in the trash bins provided.
- Please have your dog use the designated in-room pet toilet area or the urination poles installed throughout the property.(For first-floor guest rooms, the terrace may also be used.)
- At our hotel, only male dogs are required to wear etiquette wear in common areas (dining room, lobby building, guest room hallways, etc.). We also recommend wearing etiquette wear in other areas if you are concerned about toilet training or marking. (Female dogs are not required to wear etiquette wear, but we recommend it if you are concerned about accidents.)
Additionally, if you defecate in any location other than the 10 designated areas or in the common areas, please clean up promptly and inform a member of staff. In some cases, you may be charged for cleaning fees, etc. Please note in advance. (If you check out without reporting this, you will be charged at a later date.) - During your stay, when you go out for walks or other outings, please be sure to take any waste (feces) with you and place it in the trash cans provided at the entrance or dog park, or hand it over to our staff.
- In the event of your dog falling ill, we can refer you to veterinary hospitals in Gotemba or Odawara. (By car: Gotemba – approx. 30 minutes, Odawara – approx. 50 minutes)
- Please note that we may refuse to allow you to stay if any false information is provided in your application or if you violate this agreement during your stay.
- Please observe proper etiquette when using the facility.
